If it's been more than 24 hours,
we have. You are not being ignored. There is
probably a problem with your email account/server, and
it may be one of the following:
Your box is full (common
with free services like Hotmail and Yahoo). Your
filter is deleting or rerouting our email to your trash
bin. Your email server is not responding
(ours keeps trying to deliver its message for 6
days).
We clear the Help Desk queue at
least once per day, usually once every few hours. If
more than 24 hours has passed, please consider the
possibility that the problem is on your end, not ours.
This is not a very prevalent problem, but it's common
enough that we feel it should be mentioned here. It's
important to us that you don't think you're being
ignored. :-)
Please check to see that your email
address is fully functional. One way to know immediately
if there's a problem: our Help Desk responds immediately
and automatically to your ticket, giving you a ticket
number. If you don't get that immediately upon
submitting a help ticket, there may be a problem with
your email.
