We cannot alter the credit card or
checking account linked to your membership, but you can. In
order to make the Internet a safe place to conduct financial
transactions, CCBill has certain policies in place regarding
your account information. One of them is complete privacy
regarding sensitive items like your credit card number and
personal information; we do not have access to any of it, so
we cannot make alterations in your account info.
All you have to do is call CCBill at 1-888-596-9279
and tell them you'd like to update your credit card or
checking information and your membership will continue
uninterrupted. :-) |
